EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
Senior Pastor | Lifebridge Community Church | Dover, OH (2021 to 2023)
- Responsibilities: Oversee the congregation. Manage operations. Create and implement systems. Recruit, train, and empower volunteer leaders. Plan, prepare, and teach weekly talks. Construct a development plan for the church. Counsel those who seek help. Establish partnerships within the community to serve our neighborhoods. In collaboration with the Board, oversee the vision and mission of the congregation. Design the website.
- Overseers: Kathy Neal, Joel Lehman, Dorothy Yoder, Reuben Beachy, Matt Hamsher
- Reason for Leaving: Unfortunately, within a few months, I discovered that our church was not financially able to have hired me. While we have seen the church grow in the last year, our congregation will soon be unable to support us financially. Simultaneously, during this short period that we’ve served in rural America, we’ve realized that we do not enjoy living in this type of region. Thus, we are seeking to return to an urban area.
